DC Chiropractor Explains All Patients are Adjusted Differently

Each patient's spine is unique, as are their care plans. Every person has 26 moving spine bones that can move in different directions. The age, health condition and goals of each patient are analyzed. There are many different spinal patterns. There are many different chiropractic techniques to choose from that will suit different people.

Geriatrics require different techniques and approaches. As they age, these people seek care that will improve their quality of life. Chiropractic can often provide the quality of health care they are looking for. Some techniques and philosophies work better for children. There are many bumps along the way as a baby grows and develops. Numerous preliminary studies have also suggested that colic, unusual cry patterns, loss in appetite, some ear infection, and lack of sleep can all be related to spine problems.

The Doctor Will See You Now

Most patients receive chiropractic care based on their individual needs. The chiropractor can pinpoint the source of the problem by using a combination of tests, exams and x-rays during the initial consultation. Certain adjusting techniques can cause a "popping sound" when gas and fluids are shifted in the joint. This is similar to opening a champagne bottle or removing suction cups. It isn't the best way to judge the value or quality of chiropractic treatments. What I'm trying to say can be explained by many different scenarios. Not all people receive the same type of chiropractic treatment.
